I’ve been collecting information on @PaciraBio #DavidStack #VennStrategies hired lobbyist #ChrisFox #ToddYost phony Pacira funded non-profit @nonopioidchoice for years. #DavidStack ran (I believe founded) the data mining conglomerate the @CDCgov contracted to manipulate OD data. That manipulated data became @PaciraBio key marketing opioid fearmongering tool. #DavidYost pretends to be concerned citizen fueling the prescription fearmongering writing op-ed in mainstream media. It gets better, @PaciraBio had to pay 35 million false claims violation regarding EXPAREL There’s more, @PaciraBio unsuccessfully tried to sue @ASALifeline for slander for telling the scientific truth about EXPAREL ineffectiveness. And even more, the @US_FDA issued a press release #DavidStack data mining company (they keep changing the data mining conglomerate’s name) inflated legal fentanyl distribution data by 20% to exaggerate prescription opioid overproduction. @PaciraBio clearly has NO faith in EXPAREL effectiveness either, their singular marketing strategy since being pushed through approval has always been Negative Brand Perception towards any competitive product. Why should we have faith in @PaciraBio products if they don’t? @ibdgirl76 that’s just one post out of hundreds of disingenuous posts. @PaciraBio products are so ineffective they spend all their resources on relentlessly demonizing the prescription opiate pain relief. #EXPAREL is so ineffective in treating pain #DavidStack @Pacira @PaciraBio tried to silence scientists from telling the truth by suing them for slander and lost and then lost the appeal.
