#DearBART There's urine in the hallway to the elevator. Those are my wheelchair tires mark as I had to roll over the urine.

Talked to the station agent who said she'll phone it in, but couldn't give me an ETA when it would be clean. After 5min, I rode the uncleaned elevator.

#DearBART there's urine in the hallway LL platform elevator at 12th St Station.
Urine in the hallway is worst than urine in the elevator; one must travel over it to access the agent intercom to alert staff of the biohazard. @SFBART
