#DearManagement bought first shift pizzas. Every single member of the team was given a whole pizza to take home. 2nd and 3rd shift was left out. We know who the favorites are I guess. #RetailLife #RetailHell

#DearManagement wont give us the tools needed to complete our assigned tasks and then decide to take #DearCoworker to a different dept so I have to try to do the job of 3 ppl with no breaks. Ahh lovely opening shift. #RetailLife #RetailHell

I don’t mind helping other depts as long as it DOESN’T come at the cost of my own dept not completing our daily tasks. I’ve had to put my foot down with #DearManagement before and it looks like Ill have to again. #RetailLife #RetailHell

#DearManagement sees that we can operate with a skeleton crew. If we somehow have two people working the dept at once then they see their chance to take one of us elsewhere. Thinking that my transfer request is being ignored on purpose… #RetailLife #RetailHell

#dearmanagement No ordering new bags until you’ve completely run out! Just calmly explain to #dearcustomer that it’s our policy &we’re trying to encourage them to reuse the ones they have Us: What part of DC does not listen to anything said calmly or otherwise don’t u understand!

Less than a week into 2020 and we have Easter Eggs everywhere. Why can’t #dearmanagement see it’s too early? Not a single #dearcustomer is is buying them, just falling over them! And so are we... Still it is a bit later than sometimes, we had them out on Boxing Day 2018 🤪🙄

So this week we’ve had #dearcustomer assault a coworker& #dearmanagement reward DC for it. I don’t think DM was thinking the coworker would file a complaint against them nor look to sue them. And quit. They seem genuinely shocked cashier quit. What the hell did they expect?!

Gotta love how #dearmanagement decide we’re ‘going to do our bit for the environment’ and use paper bags instead of single use plastic ones. But the paper bags come in sacks made of single use plastic... I think you need to rethink part of that 🤔 #retailproblems

#dearmanagement We need to reduce the amount of waste food particularly fresh& frozen meat &fish products Also dm We can’t get enough people to put stuff back when #dearcustomer changes their mind so just leave it by your till & throw it out when you finish. Make up your minds!
