Starting to become familiar with #DecolonizingConservation ... but what about "decolonizing restoration ecology" I feel the framing is different as the historical colonial context isn't as relevant in #restoration ecology, a newer field. Any good papers pls share. #phdchat
Therefore we the scientists from #developingnations only taught models of conservation that were developed by conservationists w/ their colonial perspectives, ignoring the other local models. Talk abt implicit biases. #decolonizingconservation is important
