Hamid Mir has raised the most imp issue. Aspirants hailing from most of the flood affected areas are psychologically unwell and they are not in a position mentally to attempt papers of competitive exam. Exam must be delayed.

FPSC and KPPSC are holding CSS MPT test and PMS exam on 2nd October and 4rth Oct. KPPSC and FPSC overlooked the plight of candidates from flood impacted areas. Federal Govt and provincial Govt must delay these exams because candidates from flood affected areas r facing a crises.
Female candidates should be given freedom of choice and their due rights. In Sept., it is almost impossible for them to sit in exam halls for 03 and 07 hours continuously while they are in hijab. Hence, delaying pms till November is the need of the hour.
