@DellCares @Dell_Service @Dell @dellcustomersup This is a new dell laptop I bought .have owned multiple HPs toshiba & dell. Never had this issue before. Hinge loose by itself . Dell customer service called it 'normal wear n tear'.Please fix it under warranty. #dellproblems #dell
