Lot's of work coding & late nights, by next saturday we will have a working model for our very unique and kick ass Alternative Score for the GenZ. We working on 3 parallel threads and next week will get all together and build a UI UX for the same :
Bucket 1 : This system predicts an individual’s creditworthiness not just from financial data, but also from their digital and social footprint. 🚀
We built this system using LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure OpenAI, integrating ChatGPT 5 for real-time reasoning and contextual understanding of user data.
The architecture uses Azure’s secure authentication via service principal credentials to access the LLM endpoint and generate insights dynamically.
Next, we loaded our XGBoost-based GenZ Credit Model, trained on students’ financial and behavioral datasets — analyzing features such as monthly income, spending patterns, UPI usage, savings balance, and bill payment behavior.
Our AI Agent, powered by AgentQL , scrapes and structures profile data directly from social platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit.
From this data, we engineer features such as engagement ratio, presence of financial or educational keywords, influence score, and overall activity level.
When certain information is missing, the agent leverages prompt-driven question generation to ask users intelligent, context-aware follow-ups — making the evaluation more interactive and human-like.
Once the machine learning prediction is generated, it’s combined with LLM-based reasoning to form a Hybrid GenZ Credit Score
Bucket 2 : Run through the output of Bucket 1 on our trained model which runs through the ecommerce transactions done on https://t.co/z4z7KqfMwh and tries matching the user persona
Bucket 3 : Final data we run through the fee repayment persona of around 5 million GenZ students to confirm the pattern against the user persona and predict a user score.
This Alternative Social Credit score can become base for the regulators to decide on the GenZ Student credit basis the other KYC docs which will be the way forward.
