@Delta @Delta cancel my flight twice in two days! 😡 Had a crucial meetup today and they canceled 5 hours before takeoff yesterday. Rebooked for 5:30 AM today and got another cancellation text 2 hours before takeoff. They refused to reimburse me. #DeltaFail #DeltaCustomerService

After waiting for over eight hours and multiple delays and rescheduling times, @Delta has no crew because they "timed out" and our flight is cancelled. We don't get a hotel because it's not the crew, it's the "weather." @deltacares #Delta #DeltaCustomerService

Sitting on 1/2 empty @Delta flight to Detroit. Flight attendant happily offered a move to empty exit aisle seat. Was told by another Attendant I had to pay for that seat & was moved back. That’s why I prefer @SouthwestAir for my 50 flights/yr. #ShortSighted #DeltaCustomerService
