@Delta Your company has FAILED me this ENTIRE trip! Multiple flight cancellations! Multiple delays! No ground transportation, screwed up bags, screwed up hotel and now NO Flight out of Alaska. #DeltaNeverAgain

Delta Airlines: NEVER AGAIN!!! Two days blocked in Boston. I understand because of the storm. Two flights to reach NY from Boston. More than 3 hours delay in JFK and now ALL our luggage lost!!!! And all this with our 12 year old child. Poor service and info!!! #Deltaneveragain
