2. How AI Can Integrate with Grid/DCA Strategy
#DeltaTrade has been live for a year, and we’ve been exploring how to integrate AI effectively. While AI is powerful, fully trusting it for decision-making remains a challenge due to security and private key risks when recording AI decisions on-chain.
Through #ShadeAgent, we found a solution: AI handles partial decisions, while ShadeAgent securely signs and submits them on-chain within a Trusted Execution Environment (#TEE).
To better protect users’ funds, we will introduce the FundProxy smart contract. It allows AI to make limited strategy adjustments, so users can safely deposit funds with confidence.

3. Implementation Plan
Overview
By combining AI with ShadeAgent, we offer strategic guidance for dynamic grids based on Oracle prices. User assets are managed through the FundProxy contract, which creates grids and allows limited AI-driven strategy adjustments.
For example, grids can shift up or down by up to 30% based on Oracle prices. FundProxy enforces these limits to prevent losses from AI errors or private key leaks.
System Components
a. #GridContract: Ready.
b. #FundProxyContract: Manages user funds. Users deposit into FundProxy instead of interacting with the grid directly. FundProxy handles grid creation and strategy updates from the AI Agent.
c. #AIAgent: Currently using #Bitte , with plans to support @autonolas or @iqofficial . These AI Agents offer strategy recommendations and chat features. Chat is for user interaction; strategies go to ShadeAgent.
d. #ShadeAgent: Protects private keys using a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) and supports multi-chain via ChainSignature. It executes AI-recommended strategies by interacting with FundProxy. The server never stores private keys.

Risk Evaluation
a. FundProxy & AI Agent:
The security of the FundProxy contract is crucial, will audit. When secure, the AI Agent’s impact is limited. Even if the AI’s private key is leaked, potential damage remains minimal. If AI outputs extreme or faulty strategies, FundProxy’s max deviation limit (e.g., 30%), .
b. Rapid Price Volatility:
Like CPMMs, sudden price swings can trigger frequent trades and small losses. However, grids offer a buffer (e.g., 1% deviation) that avoids immediate strategy changes, reducing this risk. Users should be informed and accept this possibility.
c. Oracle Risk:
We implement dual protection: Oracle data plus on-chain pool price estimation. Even if the AI Agent’s key is compromised, an attack would need control over both the Oracle and liquidity pool manipulation, making it practically impossible.
