#DesignDiary Day 357! Released the new video, which is doing well, especially on Twitter/Bluesky! I think it's because @CrashyNews retweeted it on both channels, but it's nice to finally be this guy.
#DesignDiary Day 329! My PC is packed up for a few days now, so I'm working on things on my laptop until then. I've gotten to setting it up fully after procrastinating for a few weeks, and it's working a treat! Might work on some logo concepts until I can get back to videos.
#DesignDiary Day 300! Big milestone number, so I'd like to say I did something big for it... I did not. I did some non-channel graphics work, and got very angry at X Sonic, as that's the hip new SRB2 mod and I don't get why people like these sorts of characters.
#DesignDiary Day 282! 17/24 minutes are done currently - if I hurry tomorrow, I should be able to finish and edit it, though considering exports probably not upload it. Otherwise, I've been working on a new logo for #TheCodex - this is what I've got so far.
#DesignDiary Day 264! Released a new video and continued work on logos and the like, but seeing as today is #PortfolioDay, I figured I should share some of my older work. So, my name is The JackalMan, and I'm a multidiscipline graphic designer! Love me some gold 'n' black.
#DesignDiary Day 259! Still working on the logos, looking at the "Jackalyte" one. These are two versions of the same concept, but I'll likely try once more tomorrow before moving onto the final logo I plan to make before I can start work on the project proper.
#DesignDiary Day 247! About 1/5th of the way through the next video. Again, I'm working at my usual pace, it's just the video is longer than usual. Otherwise, I've got a moving concept of the new music title. What do you think?
#DesignDiary Day 219! Found out that Twitter allows you to upload at higher qualities on mobile devices (apparently) than on PCs, so weβll see how that goes. Updated my profile pictures - the logo is the same, but resized to fit better and with a new background.

#DesignDiary Day 200! About 7 minutes of the video have their basic video filled in, out of a raw 24 minutes of commentary (haven't yet accounted for gaps between commentary tracks). Also started on the poster, as well as a graphic for introducing each race. What do you think?
#DesignDiary Day 196! With #TheCodex templates ready, I've started filling pages in, so now the document I've been working on has ballooned from 5 pages to over 50. Anyway, do you think these pages look better with the enemies/characters having their actual colours...
#DesignDiary Day 189! Scripting done, VO done, footage has been recorded, thumbnail is done, now I just need to do the actual work and actually make the video!.. or procrastinate and keep working on #TheCodex instead. I changed some colours around - hopefully more harmonious now.
#DesignDiary Day 183! Just over halfway through the next video - I don't know what it is about it, but I'm going really slow through it and I can't figure out why. Frustrating. Meanwhile, I managed to make two posters for it, and continued drawing. First one I feel OK to share.

#DesignDiary Day 160! Some more work on #TheCodex, and I had discussions in my Discord about how to do some specific types of sprite editing for SRB2. It's for the next video, but hopefully it'll be useful in future stuff too.
#DesignDiary Day 159! Did some personal project work, as well as return to working on #TheCodex. I've been working since the first two Codex videos on revamping the file versions, making them look more like a game UI. Still progress to make, but what do you all think so far?
#DesignDiary Day 157! A new video released today, capping off my Silverhorn review! I have a slight detour from my usual content style for the next video, then I hope to do some more of my Mania playthrough and another couple of Codexes. We'll see how it goes though.
#DesignDiary Day 156! Next video is complete, and will be up tomorrow. Could have been out today, but exporting it takes forever, and I'd be up at like 5 feeling like this.
#DesignDiary Day 144! Finished script, recorded VO, recorded footage and made the video intro. Turns out I had set the CQ level on OBS much lower than I usually do when recording for Inazuma, so hopefully the editing process on this one will be smoother.
#DesignDiary Day 141! Did my first full playthrough of #SRB2 with Aether, then went on Discord and found out someone has made a mod replacing the game's palette with my *tasteful* selection of golds and blacks. Thanks, @UnmatchedBrac - you've given me an idea for a video!
