So simple to make
Clean equal parts of ginger and garlic
Liquidise (pulse - I prefer a #roughish texture)
Add #tumeric for colour

Decant into plastic bottles - press down to get rid of airlocks.
Pour a thin layer of oil to lock it all in.
Lasts a few months in the freezer.
