Lovely morning! Walked along the old railway line #deviationline. Five minutes by car, but 1st time I've done it. Such a boost being in nature, hearing the birds sing - I even saw a squirrel. Took 35 mins. After that, I went into my local Co-Op!😮😷Who is this brave new Rosie?🤔

Another successful week of running. I went to the @SusCentre to visit a friend and we ran along the #SouthDowns. I’ve run on the #deviationline and at #AlverValley. Finally, today I’ve run the @gosportrr morning hills route. I think I’m beginning to enjoy marathon training again!
