#devon16 displays its 16-Colors Background playfield for the 1st time. Default palette is based on @AndroidArts https://t.co/I3kisF6fmE . Next Step is the 16-Color Overlay playfield and extensive test of the hardware scrolling feature

#devon16 embedded assembler now supports include and incbin directives. Work in progress on the graphic chip (Cortico). No rasterizing yet, but frame structure is ok. @ocornut

#devon16 CPU now has its exception/Interruption working, basic video output and a slightly reworked CPU control window (#DearImGui). Things are coming along nicely, now working on the graphic chip.
