Hey Questers, We apologize for the unsatisfactory queueing situation today. There are no reasons we can provide when it comes to this other than that we made a mistake and underestimated the fan demand for the event. While we cannot fully make up for this, we are moving forward with the following accommodations: 1. Event hours have been extended until 9PM today, June 3, in order to allow as many people to attend. Entry will end at 7PM. 2. We will no longer be accepting people into queue outside of SMX, unless you are a Music Night attendee. Anyone still queued outside of SMX by 7PM will be refunded or given a Sunday pass. Note that Sunday passes are limited. 3. Any Sunday pass holders that have not claimed their wristbands yet, will automatically be refunded should they choose not to claim tomorrow, June 4. Tomorrow, we will continue working with the LGU to further streamline the queueing process. We fully take accountability for this.
