Another really fun and challenging session last night for the lads. So good in fact we didn’t take any photos! Exploring the concept of control, both on & off the pitch through the mediums of Outletting & Pressing. Great gains made by all players - keep up the good work! #DingPC
It was too cold for photos last night (!) but the boys put in a great shift as they discovered what Grit looks like on the pitch, how to deal@with distractions & the positive impact of consistent pressure on the receipt. It’s been a great start to the cycle, bring on 2020 #DingPC
A good 2nd day of the cycle with the boys today. Session 1 saw some fitness testing followed by a focus on Awareness. Session 2 focussed on pitch balance. Players awareness on the ball much improved & some good takeaways to work on before our next session on Mon 7th Oct #DingPC

An excellent day of learning for both age groups today. Lots of game play exploring zonal pressing and some impressive execution of these new principles in matches vs Weybridge. Both performances & results greatly improved from our last matches #MovingInTheRightDirection #DingPC
Moving into our defense block with our theme of pressing for the first 3 sessions. 1st session went well with a good mixture of theory & practical. Was great to see the application of their theories on the pitch & some clear principles being inhabited. #DingPC #BetterNeverStops
Another quality session last night with both age groups exploring outletting. We start our block on pressing over the next few sessions, always an interesting topic to develop principles around. Important for the players to engage with these concepts away from PC sessions #DingPC
