I AM NOT MY PHD, AND MY PHD IS NOT ME. I treat work as a 9-5 as much as I can, and prioritize self-care. For me, that is to the gym, going out to eat with friends, and getting in bed an hour before I need to sleep to watch an episode of my favorite shows. #DivGHacks

Q5. Write a little each day, and take breaks as you write. I am much more effective stepping away from writing for 15 minutes every 45 minutes then writing for 4 hours straight and burning myself out. #DivGHacks
My advisor told me, βYou canβt read everything. I stead, read 1-2 articles really in depth so you can talk about them, and skim the rest so you understand the main points. Someone else will have read those and you can learn more about it from them.β #DivGHacks
