@HP #pooraftersal service. I bought a new printer it is giving trouble. The complaint no is 5162702731. Every day I am assured the technician visit in 24-48 hours but for last 10 days no one has come. I will say #donotbuyHP product.

The blue screen issue still persists — it appears right when I turn on the laptop. How can HP say this is acceptable? A brand-new device should not have such defects. HP is denying genuine DOA claims. #DoNotBuyHP #HPIndia #JusticeFor5144388569 #ConsumerRights #HPSupport

@mis40268429 @HPSupport Case ID 5143676504 & 5144388569 closed without my consent. Still no resolution for bluescreen issue from Day 1. HP using every trick to avoid DOA claim. Don’t buy from HP online store — worst support experience ever! @HPSupport #HPIndia #ConsumerRights #DoNotBuyHP #DOAFraud
