Do not use Airbnb! @Airbnb I booked something today and wanted to change over to another booking so instead of a refund I said I would take a credit. Now they will not let me use that credit towards another place or refund my money! #AirbnbSucks #VrboIsBetter #DoNotUseAirbnb

So, due to a pandemic and cancelations we can’t go to California in 5 weeks. @AvantStay & @Airbnb won’t refund any of the huge amount of money we paid to rent a house for the family. Making $ on a pandemic is disgraceful. #DisgustingGreed #DoNotUseAirbnb #DoNotUseAvantStay

Do not use @Airbnb I will be coming out with a blog on all of my social platforms soon describing the most horrific experience dealing with a last minute cancellation from their host and their lack of customer service. #DoNotUseAirbnb
