hey @vrbo now two hours 17 minutes in. Your company admits they can't reach the owner at all either, yet I should be responsible for getting him to refund me on an amount he should have never taken out??? How does that equal #customerservice ? #vrbosucks #donotusevrbo

Having issues with @vrbo. They are being very unprofessional with helping our group of friends cancel our trip due to the coronavirus outbreak. They keep blaming the rental agent and the rental agent is blaming @vrbo. Anyone else having these issues? #vrboisascam #donotusevrbo
