In Heroic Deeds your character is built from 5 descriptive sentences that provide a narrative framework. You can roll or choose. In a change from standard #DodecaRPG the fifth step is your Archetype (Darkdelver, Lightbearer, Oathsworn or Runewielder).

In Heroic Deeds, at each level you get access to 6 deeds based on your Archetype. Complete 3 and you level up, getting access to more. Locations, adventures and items will also have deeds to unlock rewards.
