#DoloGate controversy: 2) Most of the times Dolo 650 is taken by the patients themselves directly from pharmacy for 2-3 days for any fever/bodyache/headache& only then come to the doctor hence pharmacy and patients are the prime drivers of the sales of dolo. #MedTwitter

@hvgoenka We here have a common practice of writing Generic names of the drugs prescribed but the Chemist then sells the drug with which he gets maximum margin. He won't care whether the drugs or not. BEST IS TO EDUCATE YOUR PATIENTS ABOUT IT AND GIVE THEM OPTIONS. #Dolo650 #DoloGate

@RatanSharda55 @vinirish @businesstoday In another post I read this 1000 cr was the total marketing budget of 8 years. As it is, this #Dolo650 is a commonly used paracetamol tab, which all buy even without consulting a doctor. Then why company will spend such huge amount of doctors. Something surely fishy. #DoloGate
