Don’t ever buy directly from @OfficialCricut I bought mine, it was defective. I wanted to return it and they wouldn’t allow it. I’m still waiting on my replacement and I haven’t heard from them! #dontbuydirect #dontbuycricut

@stiner @rAVePubs Great talk Scott. I lean towards #dontbuydirect but having direct relationships with manufacturers is important in certain end user markets for support, warranty and training. These relationships improve products and services. Some manufacturers don’t deal direct at all
