I know that internet connection is generally getting worse but... @VodafoneUK seem to be in denial about their network. This is probably why they don't "unauthorised" CPE. Packet loss (not shown) is terrible. Looking for an alternative ADSL supplier.

Bought some @BollingerUK from a UK airport to celebrate a birthday. Don't - their handling must have been terrible as it tasted like sherry and @BollingerUK couldn't care less. Will celebrate better next time!

beware @LebaraMobileUK are experiencing significant issues with their billing platform. They seem to think that I have managed to use > 10Gb since midnight! Just had a horrible support experience as agents are not aware.

@DHLParcelUK your leave behind failed delivery card SUCKs. You have the wrong email and I have to call 0845/0844. Return it to the supplier and hopefully they will use a better delivery service next time!

So I left British Gas many years ago for a reason...
