@bonappetit #doorfrontdirect is the worst service. Please just have my magazine delivered through the USPS like you used to. That way I know my subscription will actually get delivered instead of thrown out of a minivan by some rando onto my front law.
@condenast, thanks for using #doorfrontdirect. My mailbox is next to my front door, the @bonappetit December issue was in a puddle at the end of my driveway. Calling customer service directed me to #doorfrontdirect's website where I'm greeted with this. Please go back to USPS!

Amazed at time of serious challenges for the print industry, the industry decides to give us remaining subscribers horrible customer service by using #doorfrontdirect. Don't cry when your circulation numbers go down. We do want to read but we're not paying to be inconvenienced
Looks like magazines like @HouseBeautiful are being ripped off by #DoorfrontDirect. The service says "receive magazines on your doorstep so you don't have to walk to your mailbox." They threw it in my driveway just like all my neighbors. 😂😂😂

Most annoying delivery this week = #doorfrontdirect, which dumps magazines on the sidewalk (and sometimes they land in the gutter) instead of in my mailbox. Way to save the publishing industry, @Hearst @oprahmagazine!

@Hearst Please stop using #DoorFrontDirect for delivery of your magazines. Just canceled three of your magazines after 3 months of no delivery. Ridiculous.

#doorfrontdirect hail and rain make for a soggy magazine right next to my mailbox. My mailbox is 6" from my door. These magazines make be bend over and pick them up. Gross wet. Going to stop getting magazines if this continues.

Dear @wired: your #doorfrontdirect delivery mechanism sucks. After reporting the last 2 issues as missing they arrived this morning, along with a 3rd mystery issue. All 3 are nice & frosty after a night in my driveway.
