Authors of #DraftMPD2041 once bitten (ref #CV in #SC) hv stated categorically in the draft doc; Zones that do not hv a #ZonalPlan, the Master Plan shall apply; thereby effectively killing the concept of Zonal planning @official_dda @MoHUA_India @HardeepSPuri @LtGovDelhi @PMOIndia
