#RussianSoldiers: in the same way as there is #DueObedience, when the orders are unlawful, when they violate #HumanRights, when they infringe #InternationalLaw, there is also #DueDisobedience (#ADutyToDisobey). This should be broadcast loud and clear for all soldiers to hear.
