The graduation ceremony is taking place in Kakumiro District, Katikara Subcounty.

The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is a proposed oil pipeline that will transport crude oil from Ugandaโs oil fields in the Lake Albert region to the port of Tanga in Tanzania. The pipeline is planned to stretch about 1,443 kilometers (896 miles), making it one of the longest heated pipelines in the world.
