Yesterday we hosted H.E. the German Ambassador, Heike Uta Dettmann as she joined the @KireheDistrict engagement workshop organised by #ECOREF project. The workshop’s focus: Share lessons learned on refugees' & host communities' economic inclusion in🇷🇼. #germancooperation (1/3)
In Huye, #ECOREF implemented job creation measures which enabled 287 people to find (self-) employment (33 % women & 10 % refugees) and provided funding for 9 companies through Local Competitiveness Facility (LCF) in partnership with @LODARwanda to grow their businesses further.
