Interesting point from @normanlamb on how @NSFTtweets needs to remodel and become Centre of Excellence for mental health in region - working with other organisations and charities who may provide some of the services themselves. #EDPOpenUp
The panel at #EDPOpenUp are discussing how individuals can support those who are struggling. Over the last two years all our staff have received Youth Mental Health First Aid Training. How wonderful would it be if this training was taken as seriously as physical first aid

I strongly believe that while the experts should and will always deal with the most serious mental health issues - we as a community will need to pick up the baton for the more common, day to day, issues people face.
