In order to be something you must be comfortable with being uncomfortable. #EmbraceUncomfortable

Wasn’t looking forward to strength programming the month before starting. 3 weeks in and I’m reminded of the truth we cannot escape: Motivation is the reward you experience AFTER a phase of doing uncomfortable things. #EmbraceUncomfortable

Disappointed with the score line but very proud of the performance. We had to embrace being uncomfortable today. Some excellent football played and some valuable lessons learnt by all of us #embraceuncomfortable

Sometimes, as coaches, we have to put players in uncomfortable situations knowing there is a high possibility they will fail...but also believing that the success or failure will lead to tremendous growth. #EmbraceUncomfortable

@MicrosoftEduCA It is easier to say the goals they avoid due to uncomfortableness and what they feel is beyond their reach. Gender Equality and Partnerships for the Goals are the least popular at this point. It gives me great focus for coming projects. #EmbraceUncomfortable #MSFTEduChat

This is why your coaches practice uncomfortable situations. So you are comfortable when they happen during competition #EmbraceUncomfortable https://t.co/Tk8X9pSSkp
