The company recently reported surface rock chip samples up to 28.62g/t Au and has now completed the next phase of exploration, including 76 rock chips, 577 soil samples, drone mapping, and structural measurements, with 653 samples submitted to Intertek Labs for assay results due in about a month. EMV Capital (AIM:EMVC) has announced that its subsidiary Moirai Acquisitions (Bidco) has acquired assets from Destiny Pharma relating to its XF drug platform, including the XF-73 compound, for up to £2.48m. The deal involves an initial £475k cash payment funded by a syndicated term loan with 100% warrant coverage, plus deferred consideration tied to Phase 3 trial launch, US regulatory approval, and milestone payments. EMV Capital Partners has also led an equity raise of up to £725k to fund Bidco’s working capital, expected to complete in September 2025. Following the raise, EMVC will hold 43.8% of Bidco (30% fully diluted), valued at ~£560k, while third-party AUM adds ~£1.3m. OPG Power Ventures (AIM:OPG) reports that India has raised the GST rate on coal from 5% to 18% effective 22 September 2025, while abolishing the ₹400/tonne compensation cess. As electricity remains outside GST, companies cannot claim input credits, meaning coal-based power producers will face higher generation costs.
