This morning, an unidentified 28 year old immigrant worker was killed by traffic during an altercation with ICE in St Augustine, FL. The community wasted no time in organizing a vigil in their honor. The whole country must rise up to stop ICE’s killing spree. On July 7, ICE agents murdered Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in Houston. Less than a week later, on July 13, they murdered Joan Sebastian Guerrero in Maine. Now they have killed again in St Augustine. These deaths are not accidental — they are the direct result of the Trump administration’s war on working-class immigrant communities, a war which is now demanding agents arrest 2,000 people per day. The vast majority of the country opposes the racist deportation drive Trump is waging in our communities. We want justice, equality and full rights for all immigrants. Now we must stand up and refuse to allow this violence to go unchallenged. Justice for the victims, abolish ICE!
