https://t.co/LrL9PBTbet ＃IE　のOral switchについての　＃ENDOORAL　＃IDSA この論文自体は、観察研究。加えて治療レジメンの不均一性などのバイアスのリスク、HRの95%CIは広い（0.26–1.17）などの問題あり。基本的には、現時点でのプラクティスは変えない。仮説生成段階の論文。今後のRCTに期待。ただ、どーしても訳アリの「早期に自宅に帰りたい事情のある」IEで、「S.aureusでない」、かつ、私の地域みたいにOPAT　が現実的ではない地域だったら、10日のDIV後に早期内服スイッチも考慮…することも…ある…かも。（でも、連鎖球菌なら、PCG感受性次第だけど、だったらGM併用したら、短期治療レジメンがあるので…。連鎖球菌でPCGのMICが少し高いケースで…みたいな患者層がよいのだろうか。もっと待たないとわからないけれど）
