An Italian friend went through the Tyne tunnel on 25/09/2020 and has just received a demand for 170.25 from a parking company EPCplc for non-payment. In 2020 it was impossible to go through the tunnel without paying. She remembers paying. #tynetunnel #EPCPLC #feelslikeascam #TT2

@VerraMobility @eflow_freeflow I received a toll charge from #epcplc a month too late via snail mail. I've been on hold for 50 minutes. Now I have to pay £86 instead of £2.50... help! There are no humans to talk to. Tolling companies are a quasi-legal scam, it seems...
