Final thoughts: My focus this year will be on presenting a calm and collected exterior for my Sts as we work through the mess of design thinking. A pile of messy learning and hopefully passionate empowerment will be tumbling out of my room this year. #EPRCSD #RCSDConnect

@LeanneWolensky I often struggle to ask for help because I don't want to look "incompetent". I know deep down that is not actually true but after years of behaving a certain way it is hard to change behaviours! #EPRCSD
