Both companies must provide the requested information by 12 July.
This request is also based on a complaint submitted by consumer organisations.

Following complaints about second-hand online marketplace Vinted, we acted with national consumer authorities to address them.
The platform has aligned with #EUconsumers law:
🔹 informing upfront about the total price
🔹 removing misleading ads
🔹 providing clearer information

We welcome the adoption of the #Right2Repair directive by @EUCouncil, which will make it easier for consumers to #repair their goods & reduce waste.

Today the @EUCouncil adopted the #Right2Repair Directive.
By promoting repairs both within and beyond the legal guarantee, the new rules will:
✅Reduce waste
✅Boost the repair sector
✅Make repairs easier and cheaper for consumers.
