@sally_ericsson @DKShrewsbury @Londonkiltmake1 @SteveBakerHW And what about the EUWA 2018 which is enshrined in BOTH UK & #EU law. You can’t change EU law. The #BennAct is a trumped up politically motivated ‘law’. I would think as the #EUWA2018 was never repealed, & that the #BennAct frustrates it, that it certainly can be challenged!

@NaomiKent93 @Mrs_Doodles @theresa_may She said she'd quit, if the #WithdrawalAgreement passed in Parliament. It hasn't. We're having another extension because of the #CooperAmendment to the #EUWA2018 which forced the government to ask for an extension to avoid #nodeal. I hope that explains.

@Mike_Fabricant @PaulBrandITV #NoDeal is the #default written in law. The #EUWA2018 was agreed in both HoP and acquired the Queen's Assent. Whether MPs like it or not. The #EU says it's the most likely outcome. The law of the land must be enacted to the letter otherwise it's unlawful.
