Of 66 mentions of OIL in #EU_Regulation there isn't even 1 reference to #IMPORTATION of #OIL #NOTHING #Zero Unless either/both #EU_Council and/or #UK_Govt have cooked up a New Regulation overnight there is NOTHING in existing Regulations that Sanctions/Prevents #IMPORT of #OIL

Having read this #EU_Regulation & associated following #EU_Council_Decisions it is crystal clear that ALL Restrictions directed against #Syria specifically TARGET & relate to anything enabling the #EXPLOITATION #SALE & #EXPORT of #Oil or #Gas from #Syria.
