@johnwcurtis Great minds think alike. But in all seriousness, that’s not leadership and is exactly the opposite of what this country needs right now; which is a informed and educated stance to sensibly but proactively deal with the threat presented by #COVID19 #evhour

@johnwcurtis It’s a blame game. Making SMEs make the decision to close or cease operation with public in mind negates them of responsibility for the economic downturn and frankly it is a disgusting stance to take #evhour

@johnwcurtis My colleague and I were discussing exactly this issue. We’re not even seeing the worst of it. France just locked the country down for 15 days. We are just recommended to avoid going to the pub for a while. #evhour

@johnwcurtis Working at VWs site at The Port of Tyne and they have 1000s of vehicles on hold because customers simply won’t collect them. Both Tyne and Sheerness have essentially ground to a halt. #evhour

@johnwcurtis As IT support for a school I'll be trying to arrange as many remote teaching and learning opportunities as I can through the likes.of Glow & google classroom/meet for when we inevitably close. At least as an EV driver I dont need to worry about petrol shortages #evhour

Is anybody else less terrified by the actual virus itself than the reaction and advice provided by government officials? It’s confusing, contradictory and frankly scary. #evhour

@johnwcurtis #EVHour First day of attempting to work from home tomorrow. Also a day I need to pick up the new car....which will get very little use for a month or so! Just bad timing 🤷‍♂️ Leaving work today was like packing for holiday; sure I've forgotten something!
