Good morning , employees earning in excess of R254 371,67 per annum will be excluded from sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17(2) and 18(3) of the BCEA with effect from 1 April 2024. #Earningsthreshold is that it make sure that the #vulnerableworkers are protected.
The #EarningsThreshold set a specific amount beyond which certain rights and protections under the BCEA, LRA & EE may not apply. Employees earning above this amount do not enjoy the protection under these Acts as the employee earning below this amount.
