It is why the novice Leader must be taught to #EatLast, #LiveThird and pass praise/take blame. Only by taking that head knowledge into heart knowledge will he train up his replacement.

This is possibly the most difficult thing we will be called to do as Leaders.

We turn these decisions over to “experts” because we want to believe that they know more than we do—and maybe they do. But what experts don’t have is responsibility for the Outcome. Only Leaders have that and that is why they should be making these decisions. #EatLast

Just give the shot to the oldest and sickest people you have and work your way down from there. Use your best judgment to make that determination and accept the fact that you will be critiqued either way. #EatLast

This perfectly encapsulates the decline of Male Leadership in our Nation. If I was on the Titanic I wouldn’t be waiting for FEMA to tell me who should get on the lifeboats first. #EatLast

Man, we are spending some mental energy on who gets this vaccine first. If you are a Leader you should be at the end of the line because Leaders #EatLast.

NEW: @AtriumHealth via a statement confirms that all employees, including ones that have zero patient interaction, are scheduled to receive #COVID vaccine, citing state guidance. This, as others in nursing homes/ other frontline workers (policed, fire, emts) wait for it. @wcnc
