All in all, this turned out pretty well. Yes, I had to amend in tighter fasting window timing after the first day....

Well, it's Day 1 of the second phase for my #EatingWindowExperiment... the phase where I actually narrow the eating time down to 4pm-7pm.
So far, I'm not hating it... but not loving it either.

Pretty much as outlined below, except 5 days instead of 7, and way, way more daily testing. Glucose/ketones/TC/LDL/HDL/TG at 6 different times during each day #StrongData
Considering next experiment as either:
1) #EatingWindowExperiment isocaloric. 1st week 3 meals @ 9am/2pm/7pm vs 2nd week 4-7pm all three 3 meals together.
2) #FiberLipidExperiment. 1st week 0 fiber vs 2nd week same diet w/ or + fiber.
โ a) isocaloric (swap)
โ b) added calories
Considering next experiment as either:
