Try to get rid of satisfaction syndrome..
The rule says:
-in patients with UTS (E.g renal colic ,pelvic pain , dysuria ..etc) try to Exclude Stones
If no backpressure or hydronephrosis thats not exclude urinary tract stones —> it could be non-obstructive!

- Forniceal rupture with urinoma (perinephric fluid collection).
..ruptured due to high pressure from obstruction.
