One of the best brains that have emerged out of the wonderful Switzerland of Uganda a.k.a Kigezi is Dr. #PeterNgategize. He has served this country with one singular heart of #Obedience* and has authored a book titled #Obedience and two more including one called #Emigane as told by his mother. All he has done is decode his mother's riddles, tales and folklore. Dr. Ngategize has left mainstream government service and put on new tyres and so he is fully #retyred* to serve his community with as much energy as it were when he first joined public service. It is this and much more that we will be discussing when #NAALYABOOKCLUB hosts him on Saturday 31st October, 2026 from 3pm to 7pm. We will have a bon fire after 7pm, to continue with the conversation. I strongly advise that you block the date. In fact, turn it red on your calendars. There is so much more from him than just the books. He is a C-suite executive having served as Board Chair of @CentenaryBank and the World Bank project lead in Uganda on Competitiveness in the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development of the Republic of Uganda. He is into farming and tourism. And you think he is of 'everyday?'
