It is quite fraudulent to debit my account for a card I never requested for. If the returns is not made immediately I am pulling out my funds as my cash is no longer safe in your custody.
I hope they'll do as you've said? Also they are not alone in this extorting charges, Banks are the "Sai Baba" in this business.
Unreasonable charges for SMS, monthly card and ambiguous maintenances fees, N52 per withdrawal on ATMs with 10k limit.
