@energyclub_oau @NERCNG We tend to isolate “privatisation” from reform measures that it is only a part of. The choice in 2000 when reforms were considered was a matter of NECESSITY. NOT ideology. With a population of approx. 120m then, 🇳🇬 delivered barely 2.5GW daily to citizens. #EnergyDiscourse
