Before the @OntarioPCParty was elected in 2018, then-Critic @erniehardeman agreed w/ CPBH that something needed to be done abt Code violations.

@faithfulpolaris @ShaziGoalie Not all R2000 homes meet Code requirements. They come with Supplementary Standards. Lack of oversight on site, lack of trained trades, getting product out of the ground faster often end up in defective new builds no matter the package. @CPBH01
More conversations with purchasers of newly built homes with Code violations. These are typically very tough battles as they try to get the home properly fixed.
