We experienced some Wentworth hospitality while covering the #EngenFire today. A stranger spotted us and invited us to grab a container of food. Francois and I were not about to say no - we’d both missed breakfast in the scramble for breaking news. Pure kindness.

Concerned residents are gathered outside the block on Wiest Road. Several windows shattered as a result of the shockwave. #EngenFire #eNCA

This block of flats was affected after the #EngenFire this morning. A grandmother and her two grandchildren were taken to hospital. Residents say something landed on the roof and started the fire. #eNCA

Seven people have been transported to hospital after the #EngenFire. Authorities are still on scene and the area is cordoned off. Employees are gathered outside.
