#EngineeringProfessorReflections #EngineeringProfessor When I was in my masters program at Wayne State I was offered a job at the NSA. I turned it down because the pay was trash. This last week I am regretting not taking it because then at least maybe 🤔

#EngineeringProfessorReflections #EngineeringProfessorAdvice one thing I'm learning as I become long in the tooth as an academic. When I teach part of multiple sections I have to modify the exam and homework problems because I have to give my students assignments they can do 1/n

#EngineeringProfessorReflections This also means since I have 3 classes this quarter once I finish all this grading I still have to do the robotics class tomorrow, then work on an application, 2 papers, multiple books and other projects. #AcademicTwitter @AcademiceChatter

#EngineeringProfessorConfessions midterm grades are due at 9 am on #MLKholiday because my school still has classes on #MLKholiday, my grader has disappeared so I'm sitting here generating homework keys & grading 3 wks of homework for 2 classes. #AcademicTwitter #AcademicChatter
